Seating will be assigned. It is never an issue to sit with a friend - please leave us a comment when registering or send us an email. Each cropper will have a full 6' table. A power strip is provided for each group of tables. In addition to a wonderful day of scrapping with the girls, you are automatically registered to win from any of the prize drawings throughout the weekend, in addition to our Grand Prize drawings on Saturday evening. And as always, Page Kits will be available to purchase throughout the event.
Crop Fee: 3 Day (FULL TABLE) - $119.99 (Feb 27-March 1st or March 6-March 8th)
4 Day (FULL TABLE)- $149.99 (Feb 27-March 2nd or March 5-March 8th)
5 Day (FULL TABLE) - $169.99 (Feb 27-March 3rd or March 4-March 8th)
ENTIRE WEEK - 10 DAYS! - $299.99 (Feb 27-March 8th)
** CANCELLATION POLICY **
* If your plans change after you have registered, no refunds will be given, however I am happy to transfer your spot to another event. You must email heartsistersscrap@gmail.com within 30 days of the event date that you are registered for.
* If you cancel within the 30 days of the event date, your registration fees will be forfeited, and no refund or transfer will be issued.
* You are responsible for any changes/cancellations with the hotel and subject to their refund/cancellation policy.
The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $119.99 per night, and I will update with a booking link as soon as I have it available.
